Feel confident that your personal information, including your credit card number, is SAFE. Trophy Central uses Yahoo! Stores secure servers so there is no need to worry about security. In addition, we DO NOT sell mailing lists to outside parties and your information is kept completely confidential.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
When your order is placed with a credit card, our secure system automatically performs an authorization, but does not bill you (please note, that although you are not charged, most credit card companies will reduce the amount of your available funds by the approved amount). For stock orders that do not require customization, your charge card will be billed when ordered. For custom or special orders, your charge card will be billed when work begins on your order.
Items may be returned within 21 days for money back or replacement:
- Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return
- Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return.)
- Items must be returned in original condition
- A 15% - 25% restocking fee may apply depending on item.
PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization is required prior to return - this is so that we can match your return to your original order and provide credit. Please contact your sales rep for information.
To calculate the time an order will arrive at your location, you must calculate both the processing time and the shipping time together. Processing time varies by product, while shipping time depends on the type of shipping selected. You can see how long a product will take to process and ship by clicking on the Calculate Shipping button found next to the quantity box on each item page.
PLEASE NOTE: We currently only ship within the Continental US. If you have your own UPS or FedEx account, we will make every effort to accept orders shipping to Canada. Please contact customer service for more details.

# UPS Does NOT ship on Saturdays with the above shipping methods. Saturday shipping may be available for an additional charge (not available in all locations) - please call first if you require Saturday delivery. We do ship to APO addresses and Post Office Boxes via US Post Office Priority Mail. UPS does NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. For an exact shipping cost, you may place an order on the system (by pressing the "Order" button for the item you want) and filling-in your shipping information on the first page of the order form. Click on "Continue". The system will show you the shipping price for the item(s) chosen. The system will allow you to go back to the previous page or to cancel your order before it is placed. You may also use the shipping calculator on each item page.
Exact shipping time for UPS Ground depends on your location and the ship from location. In general, UPS Ground Shipments take from 5-6 business days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) from the East Coast to West Coast and less for locations in between. As an example, a UPS Ground shipment from New York to California will generally take 5 business days, whereas a UPS Ground Shipment from New York to Chicago will generally take 3 business days. Post Office Priority Mail typically takes 2-4 days (for APO addresses, please allow 2-10 days).
