🔄 Returns Policy

Timeframe: Items may be returned within 45 days for money back or replacement
Condition: Items must be returned in original condition
Special Consideration: For engraved or imprinted items with removable engraving plates, we will make every attempt to accept the return if the item can be reused

❌ What Cannot Be Returned:

Engraved or imprinted items (unless engraving plate is removable)
Special orders
Display cases or trophy cases

Important Notes:

A 15% to 25% restocking fee may apply depending on the item (typically applies to 3rd-party products, not trophies and awards)
Damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return
