TrophyCentral accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PayPal through Yahoo's secure server. We also accept pre-approved purchase orders (please call 1-888-809-8800 for additional information). When your order is placed with a credit card, our system performs an authorization, but does not bill you until your order ships.
Prices are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to honor the prices shown online, errors do occur on occasion. If this does happen, of course customers may cancel the order. Alternatively, TrophyCentral will discount the correct retail price no less than 20%.
Program members receive points with every purchase. Points may be redeemed for any items on the website, including personalized gifts. Simply setup a MyAccount (FREE) and get started now.
- Items may be returned within 21 days for money back or replacement:
- Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return
- Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return.)
- Items must be returned in original condition
- A 15% - 25% restocking fee may apply depending on item. PLEASE NOTE: A Return Authorization is required prior to return - this is so that we can match your return to your original order and provide credit. Please contact your sales rep for information.
