Dear Valued Customers, Here is the latest COVID update:

Our business has remained open (but with a reduced schedule) and is operating well.

However, please be aware that USPS, UPS and FedEx are experiencing shipping delays due to increased volumes stemming from the pandemic. Customers should allow extra time for shipping and may experience delays. We apologize for any inconvenience!

With the controlled reopening we now have stock of most items and we are working closely with our suppliers to keep appropriate stock. While a very limited number of products may remain hard to get, we can work with you on substitutions, if necessary.

Based on Michigan's guidelines, we have asked our employees to continue to reduce hours and to rotate shifts so that we can limit risk while at work, and so employees can care for their families.

We are continuing to take additional steps to clean our workplace.

We will be open Mondays through Thursdays, but closed on Fridays and weekends.

Some customer service calls may be taken by employees working from their homes. So if you hear a child in the background, please smile and be understanding.

Like you, we are concerned about the safety of our customers, employees, families and friends. We are concerned about the economy and implications of all of the news we are hearing. Throughout our 20 years of being in business we have been tested, but perhaps never like this. But now is the time for us to remain calm and to keep balance. We will get through this together!
