The plaque we ordered has nice quality wood and engraving. It arrived quickly and as promised with no issues. This is the third year we have ordered from Trophy Central and we plan to use them for all of our award needs in the future.

- Excellent presentation.
Cons
- The insert does not appear to be very secure. I suggest a gluing process that makes the insert solid in its socket.
