2. Enter Your Engraving Text Using the Personalization Button on the Product Page

Enter the text — typically the recipient's name, the award title, the presenting organization, and the date or season — in the engraving fields on the product page or at checkout. You do not need to worry about font selection or layout for standard trophy orders; our engravers handle the formatting to make sure it looks its best on the plate size you ordered. For plaques, you can specify font style and formatting preferences, or leave the design decisions to us.

3. We Review and Engrave

Every order is reviewed by a real person on our team before engraving begins. We check for obvious typos, lines that are too long for the plate size, layout issues that would affect readability, and anything that looks like it might not have been what the customer intended. If we spot a potential problem, we reach out before production — not after.
