Awesome Company!

I found this company thru a search. I needed ribbons for a juried art show FAST. I ordered on line, paid for express shipping. Experience with ordering was fast and user-friendly. After I completed my purchase I received a phone call from the company telling me that I didn't need to pay extra shipping and assured me that I would have the ribbons on my door step by the day I needed them. I was then told my checking account would be reimbursed for the extra shipping. Never had a company show such warm customer relations!! Ribbons arrived on time and were excellent quality.
Pros:
Easy website, products well made, arrived in a timely manner. Customer service is excellent.
Cons:
There is nothing that I disliked.
I would recommend this item to a friend.
