Out Of Stock - Substitute Even Better!

Our card club ordered a trophy again this year (Trophy Central has been our choice for years). TC notified us that our selection was out of stock and provided some options. We elected to pay a moderate price increase for a much better product. We have now received this product and it is perfect - and an excellent value! The entire customer experience was incredibly diligent and constructive -- it turned the initial disappointment into delight!
Pros
- The customer service is amazing.
- The product selection is great, especially considering value vs. price.
- We've had nothing but positive experiences with Trophy Central for many, many years.
Cons
- None, really. An item was out of stock, but that is understandable.
- The attentive customer service folks turned what could have been a negative into a positive very quickly, providing clear alternatives -- which turned out to be better than what we originally tried to order. Their customer facing politeness and helpfulness made the adjustment painless and quick.
