- Orders may be placed any time, 365 days per year.
- Our customer service phone lines will be closed between December 19th, 2014 (from 12:00 est) through January 4th 2015, but REPRESENTATIVES WILL BE RESPONDING TO EMAILS THROUGH DECEMBER 31ST, 2014 ON A PART-TIME BASIS.
- There will be no shipments between December 22nd, 2014 and January 4th 2015.
- Orders shipping via UPS Ground take 1-6 business days in shipping, depending upon your location and the ship-from location (you may use the Shipping Calculator on each product page for more precise delivery times).
- Orders placed December 20th and after will go into processing on January 4th.
- UPS Holiday Schedule:
On UPS holidays (Dec. 25, Jan. 1) there is no movement of any packages tendered to UPS. - UPS Peak-Season Guarantee:
UPS does not guarantee Ground shipments between December 11th and December 24th. December 19th is the last day to ship out 2nd Day Air to receive December 23st. December 19th is the last day to ship out Overnight to receive December 22nd. We will do everything we can to get you your package on time, but for circumstances out of our control (example: Inclement Weather) will void the guarantee on transit times/delivery dates.
