Beautiful Item!!

My experience with both the person on the phone and the item itself were both flawless! The Gentlemen who answered my questions was very helpful and understanding of my plight. I needed this item by a specific date and he succeeded in having it completed in time. The item itself is just beautiful. The lettering engraved is absolutely perfect, there is not a scratch anywhere on the glass, it was packed so well nothing could have hurt it not even the US mail or or UPS. I will without doubt use this company again for our future needs.
