Niki was most helpful in giving us two text choices.. in the end we went with her suggestion!! The plaques turned our great! Our logo and the font choice fit it perfectly.. we couldn't be more pleased. Plus when I mentioned we needed it sooner, they were able to accommodate!

Everything was done well as promised -- only difficulty: originally quoted 68.22 with tax and shipping -- bill somehow became $98.43????? I only added one name to the original order -- I don't believe adding one name costs 30.21!!! Please explain and send a bill for the correct amount -- if you charged my American Express incorrectly, kindly adjust thank you, Richard Rapp
