Of course, if we do make an error we will redo your item at no charge and promptly ship a replacement to you. We ask for a required arrival date on all orders and will respond to you within one business day if there is an issue in meeting your required date. Generous Returns Policy
- Items may be returned within 21 days for money back or replacement:
- Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return
- Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return.)
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain larger items.
