PaymentWe accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and PayPal through Yahoo's secure server. We also accept pre-approved purchase orders (please call us at 1-888-809-8800 for additional information). When your order is placed with a credit card, our system automatically performs an authorization, but does not bill you. Please note, that although you are not charged at the time the order is placed, most credit card companies will reduce the amount of your available funds by the approved amount.
Returns Policy- Items may be returned within 21 days for money back or replacement.
- Does not apply to engraved or imprinted items, but if the item can be reused by removing the engraving plate, we will make every attempt to accept the return for a full refund.
- Does not apply to special orders, display cases or trophy cases (damage to display cases & trophy cases must be reported at time of shipment to the shipper for credit or return).
- Items must be returned in original condition.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to certain larger items.
- Please note that a Return Authorization is required prior to return - this is so that we can match your return to your original order and provide credit. Please contact your sales rep for information.
